Art is a life force, like a breath of fresh air after a day in the office and I try to absorb as much as I can.

Discovering a new landscape or just watching an animal whilst walking through the bush with the birds flitting through the trees, is like an index of ideas waiting to be transformed into artwork. However, it also disturbs me to see the cavalier way we treat our planet, as though there is another one just down the road.

I hope my art shows some of the beauty of the land but also helps to remind people that our home is the only one we have, and if we are still around when all the other inhabitants have gone… it will be a very lonely place.
